How can I place an order?

There are a number of ways of placing an order with us. If you are online and have an e-mail address then the easiest and most convenient way for you to do this is online through our website.

First of all you need to create a user account. This is a standard procedure involving creating a password and putting in some details about your addresses. Once you have done this it is a very simple step by step procedure of finding the products you want and adding them to your basket. Once you have all the items you need you proceed to the checkout and go through the steps of choosing a delivery address and then a payment method.

Before you finally submit payment or choose your payment method you are asked to review your order to make sure you have ordered the correct goods. You can still at this stage remove items from your basket and search for further items to add to your basket.

Once the order is placed you will receive emails confirming the order and also delivery eta`s.

You are welcome to email or fax a list of the products and sizes required for us to quote, please be aware that during busy periods this could delay your order.

We can only deliver to uk addresses.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANYTHING PLEASE DO-NOT HESITATE TO TALK TO A MEMBER OF STAFF ON 01664 812521, WE ARE HERE TO HELP.

How do I measure my doors?

If your doors have a rounded or moulded outside edge you may find it easier to measure the door from the back edge, alternatively you could measure the kitchen unit but remember to make the door a little smaller in both height and width to allow the door to close without binding. i.e; a 500mm wide unit would normally have a 495mm wide door etc.

How should I clean my new doors?

Both our Vinyl wrapped and our Pvc edged doors should only need a mildly damp cloth and a little washing up liquid to keep them in pristine condition. Never use cream cleaners or bleach on vinyl doors as it may effect the surface finish.

Is there anything that would damage my new kitchen doors?

As with any kitchen door try to avoid placing Toasters and kettles directly under wall units, very high temperatures and excess steam can damage the finish. Also some Free standing or built in ovens can allow heat to escape if the door seals are not working correctly, if you are unsure about your oven then our Oven heat deflectors can be purchased and fitted to the oven base unit.
